For over 12 years, our firm has handled all forms of criminal defense statewide including drug crimes, white collar crimes and other theft crimes, sex crimes and felony charges. We have specialized knowledge in OWI and BWI defense. Our legal counsel is certified in both SFST and DRE training, the same training that law enforcement uses to evaluate and charge individuals with OWI’s and BWI’s. Additionally, our legal counsel is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and regularly attends nationwide conferences on the newest and most innovative techniques, knowledge, and trends in criminal defense.
